We strive for perfection in every stitch, but if your purchase does not meet your high standards, we offer complimentary returns within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in original condition with security tags intact to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a digital return authorization.

• 2.
  Package with Care

  Place the unworn items back into the original designer packaging, ensuring all dust bags, hangers, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email and attach it securely to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Final Inspection

  Once received at our atelier, our quality control team will inspect the garment before issuing a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
